We are a 1st class supplier for products with high requirements for technical aspects, quality and cleanliness. In order to meet the individual customer requirements for cleanliness we transferred our in depth cleanliness knowledge from our Healthcare products and developed dedicated production concepts.
One example is the “Lean and Clean” production environment in Switzerland. This innovative layout allows the production of components with specific cleanliness requirements. Beyond that the lean production is highly automated. The optional 100% inspection of the components guarantees compliance with our Zero Defect Philosophy.
Today coatings are mainly being used in friction reduction to benefit within the assembly process. Datwyler is offering the whole range of different coatings to address exactly what is being requested by our customers.
But coatings are also offering increased functionality of the final product. Examples are for instance … Datwyler owns already extensive Coating knowhow and is building an Advanced Surface Center to cope with all upcoming future requirements.
Depending on the application, there are special requirements for the surfaces of elastomer components. Datwyler has a wide variety of technologies (e.g. plasma) for treating elastomer surfaces that customer-specific requirements can be met.
In an ever-increasing time, it is necessary to be able to hold newly developed components in your hands within a short time. With the help of a vacuum molding process and a PU elastomer, this can be realized. The components produced with rapid prototyping are not manufactured in series material, but are more than suitable for initial trials or assembly tests.
Labeling, Packaging und Logistics
The packaging standard at Datwyler determines the packaging of the finished components in PE bags and carton-boxes.
Customer requests, such as re-usable packaging, special labels, markings directly on the component or delivery directly to the assembly line of our global customers, can be realized.
