Nomination of Britt Hendriksen for the Datwyler Board of Directors

Since early 2023, Britt Hendriksen has been Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Unilabs, a leading provider of laboratory, imaging and pathology diagnostic services with some 14’200 employees and sales of Euro 1.7 billion. As a member of Unilabs' Leadership Executive Team, she is jointly responsible for the development and implementation of the growth strategy through organic expansion and acquisitions. From 2001 to 2023, the Danish national held various global management positions at Novartis, including as CFO Global Drug Development and as Regional CFO & Head Strategy China, Asia Pacific, Middle East & African Countries. In these roles, she has successfully led various business units and teams in emerging and developed countries through transformation and growth phases. Britt Hendriksen holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Copenhagen Business School and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris. She has also completed further training in finance and management at Harvard Business School.
