Carina van Eester graduated as an industrial engineer in chemistry and started her career in the pharma industry. After 15 years of experience as a packaging development engineer and project manager, she moved to Datwyler. Carina joined Datwyler in 2007 as a Technical Key Account Manager, providing technical support to customers. She then moved into the role of Global Qualification and Validation Manager, working to set-up the Datwyler validation approach. In 2018, Carina became the Global Platform Leader for Prefilled Syringes and Cartridges, making sure that the standard portfolio of the rubber components used for these packaging presentations secures Datwyler’s position as a market leader for PFS and cartridge sealing solutions.
