Datwyler with gain on sale of Reichelt.

Datwyler has successfully completed the sale of the online distributor Reichelt on 29 September 2021, as previously announced. Following the deconsolidation of Reichelt and the related companies, a gain on sale of subsidiaries of some CHF 58 million is credited to income. Further information on the divestment of Reichelt will be provided by Datwyler in the Annual Report 2021.
