
Moulded parts
Together with our customers, we develop the optimal design for the desired applications made from our own elastomers recipes.
Datwyler supplies customers worldwide with customer-specific molded parts made of elastomers. These are used in a wide variety of markets in technically and chemically demanding environments. With these elastomers we also manufacture rubber-to-metal, rubber-to-plastic or rubber-to-PTFE bonding with our manufacturing technologies. Composite parts offer new technical capabilities such as higher functionality, simpler components or less assembly efforts.

O-Rings
From our own production sites, we supply our global customers with all common metric, inch and customer-specific dimensions of O-rings.
For standard and special applications, Datwyler can rely on a large selection of elastomers to reliably seal practically all liquid and gaseous media. Customer-specific applications can be sealed with individual material developed by our material development department.

LSR / 2K
Datwyler manufactures precision parts made of thermoplastics and liquid silicone using single and multi-component technology.
Any combination of hard and soft parts as well as different colors can be made. Combinations of thermoplastic-thermoplastic and thermoplastic-silicone can be connected. The production takes place efficiently on the most modern machines in one working step. This requires a well-founded special knowledge of the physical and chemical properties of the different thermoplastics and silicones. The in-house mold making department designs and creates injection molds for thermoplastics and liquid silicone as well as LSR cold runner systems for its own production and also as a service provider.

Machined Thermoplastics.
You can rely on Datwyler for unsurpassed quality on both simple and complex CNC machined thermoplastics. We work with all high-performance thermoplastic materials, including PEEK and PTFE, to ensure your parts withstand the most caustic environments. Using the latest in machining technology, we can maintain the tightest tolerances while offering superior lead times and responsive service.
