1st place for Datwyler at the Swiss Employer Award 2026

The Swiss Datwyler site in Schattdorf took 1st place in the Swiss Arbeitgeber Award 2026 in the category for large companies (250–999 employees). This award is considered the most representative award for determining employer attractiveness in Switzerland.

The Swiss Employer Award is based on the results of the largest Swiss employee survey, conducted using a scientifically developed questionnaire with around 60 questions. The following target values are relevant for the ranking: Commitment, satisfaction, no resignation and recommending the employer to others.
