The federal government's increased security measures in connection with the Coranavirus have also prompted us to take action.
Datwyler plans to hold the Annual General Meeting on March 11 at 5 p.m. at the Uri Theatre in Altdorf as scheduled. The hygiene measures recommended by the federal government will apply. Due to the current situation, however, we recommend that instead of attending in person, the shareholders vote by 10 March by means of electronic remote voting or by issuing instructions to the independent proxy:
- Electronic remote voting: netvote.ch/datwyler (login data are available on the admission ticket)
- Independent proxy: Muheim | Merz | Baumann, Remo Baumann, Marktgasse 6, 6460 Altdorf, Fax: +41 41 870 07 66 (instruction form was sent with the admission ticket)
We would also like to point out that, despite security precautions, it cannot be ruled out that there may be infected persons among the participants. It is your own responsibility to judge whether you belong to a risk group. In order to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus, we will refrain from having a common dinner.
Due to the regulations of the Cantonal Office for Health, Datwyler as organisers of the Annual General Meeting must record the first and last names, place of residence and telephone number of all participants. Without this information we are not allowed to grant you access to the Annual General Meeting.
Should the situation worsen and the Annual General Meeting have to be cancelled at short notice, we would inform you on our website.
