Datwyler receives bronze at the Swiss Employer Award 2024

The Datwyler site in Schattdorf took third place in the large company category (250-999 employees) of the Swiss Employer Award 2024. This award is considered the most representative award for determining employer attractiveness in Switzerland. The company came fourth in the same category the last time it took part in 2021. This underlines Datwyler’s continuous efforts to create a positive and appreciative working environment for all employees worldwide.
The Swiss Employer Award is based on the results of the largest Swiss employee survey, conducted using a scientifically developed questionnaire with around 60 questions. The following target values are relevant for the ranking: Commitment, satisfaction, no resignation and recommending the employer to others.
Shaping the future together
Datwyler has been conducting regular employee surveys at all 27 sites worldwide for many years in order to continuously improve as an employer. In 2023, the company achieved a global response rate of 80% and is currently working on corresponding follow-up activities at global and site-specific level to further improve and maintain its own strengths.
