Distrelec uses the latest digital systems and is pushing the switch to e-invoicing. The com-pany has set itself ambitious goals. The success can be seen. 73,000 invoices per year are now sent digitally. That is already 78% of all invoices.
Within the last two years, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Distrelec's finance and sales teams, it has been possible to halve the number of paper invoices. Distrelec now sends some 73,000 invoices per year via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or mail. This already accounts for 78% of all invoices. Digital invoicing is not only a successful contribution to the sustainable use of resources but also brings cost savings. Customers from Switzerland, Sweden and Norway in particular have reacted positively to the changeover and support our efforts to raise environmental awareness.
