Datwyler has signed an agreement to acquire 51% of Capsul’Invest SA und Brain Corp SA (together operating as Capsul’in), a leading provider of aluminum coffee capsule solutions headquartered in Luxembourg with annual revenues of approximately EUR 90 million.

The Datwyler site in Schattdorf took third place in the large company category (250-999 employees) of the Swiss Employer Award 2024. This award is considered the most representative award for determining employer attractiveness in Switzerland. The company came fourth in the same category the last time it took part in 2021. This underlines Datwyler's continuous efforts to create a positive and appreciative working environment for all employees worldwide.

Datwyler has extended its strategic partnership with Nespresso and has signed a new multi-year contract until 2030. The new contract covers capsules and seals production for portioned coffee product lines and envisages continuous volume and revenue growth. By combining its core competencies and focusing on sustainability, Datwyler generates added value for the world’s leading companies in a variety of industries.
