Distrelec nutzt die modernsten digitalen Systeme und forciert die Umstellung auf digitale Rechnungsstellung. Dabei hat sich das Unternehmen ambitiöse Ziele gesetzt. Der Erfolg kann sich sehen lassen. 73‘000 Rechnungen pro Jahr werden inzwischen digital verschickt. Das sind bereits 78% aller Rechnungen.
Within the last two years, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Distrelec’s finance and sales teams, it has been possible to halve the number of paper invoices. Distrelec now sends some 73,000 invoices per year via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or mail. This already accounts for 78% of all invoices. Digital invoicing is not only a successful contribution to the sustainable use of resources but also brings cost savings. Customers from Switzerland, Sweden and Norway in particular have reacted positively to the changeover and support our efforts to raise environmental awareness.
