Ad-hoc-Mitteilung gemäss Art. 53 KR SIX Swiss Exchange | 22. August 2016
In Ergänzung zu der Mitteilungen der Dätwyler Holding AG vom 18. August 2016 in Bezug auf ihr Angebot für Premier Farnell plc, gibt Dätwyler bekannt, dass dieses heute verfallen ist.
Dätwyler wird an die Auflagen der Regel 35 des City Codes on Takeovers and Mergers bis zum 21. August 2017 gebunden sein. Eine Ausnahme wäre nur möglich, sollte diese vom UK Panel on Takeover and Mergers bewilligt werden.
