Simulation.
Thanks to the wide range of material development, Datwyler is able to determine the parameters for finite elements and flow simulations in its own laboratory and to use them for the simulations. Our engineers work in close cooperation with customers worldwide to adapt the specific conditions of a simulation to reality.
Material Development.
We are continuously improving our elastomer recipes and developing the right elastomer compounds for customer-specific needs. Compliance with the internationally applicable legal framework for elastomers is continuously monitored and, if necessary, the recipes are adapted in cooperation with our customers. Datwyler has a modern and state-of-the-art laboratory for research and development with elastomers.
