The Board of Dätwyler Holding Inc. has decided to nominate Britt Hendriksen for election as a new member of the Board and as a representative of the public shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 18 March 2025.

As announced, Volker Cwielong took over as CEO of Datwyler on 1 April 2024. Dirk Lambrecht, who had held the position since 2017, stepped down at the end of March 2024.
