Carina Van Eester graduated as an industrial engineer in chemistry and started her career in the pharma industry. After 15 years of experience as a packaging development engineer and project manager, she moved to Datwyler. She has now been with Datwyler for 12 years; she spent 7 years as a Technical Key Account Manager, providing technical support to customers, and 4 years as a Global Qualification and Validation Manager, working to set-up the Datwyler validation approach.
